Abstract
The absence of equity and justice can easily lead to escalated interests conflicts among different social stratums and groups and hence social conflicts and crises, which pose threats to economic development, social harmony and national stability. To build a harmonious society, we must offer different social groups equal opportunities and equitable starting points, take all kinds of necessary social reconciliation methods, maintain social equity and justice, and make sure that all members of the society esp. the advantaged groups share the results of economic and social development.
