Abstract

George Eliot’s novels paid much attention to moral and are regarded as moral allegory.They are also full of strong religious feeling of the author.The sympathy and care for human being characterized notably in her (novels) made her the leading writer of the Victorian period.The essay tries to analyze her works from perspectives of moral and religion.
