Synergic Development Mode between Management Innovation and Technology Innovation in Natural Gas Enterprises

Both management innovation and technology innovation are important contents belong to natural gas enterprise innovation system. Realization of integrated function optimization and effective operation of management innovation and technology innovation depend mainly on whether these tow innovation factors can make synergic development or not. The synergic development mode between management innovation and technology innovation is composed of five subsystems including strategic synergy, organization synergy,business collaboration,knowledge management collaboration and performance evaluation collaboration. For management innovation, a leader or a manager as the innovation subject is both a researcher and a practitioner. To strengthen synergic development between management innovation and technology innovation, built of the management innovation theory becomes necessary. Moreover, some measures such as promoting construction of management innovation RD system, strengthening research work on management innovation focus on natural gas economy and improving matching and coordinating relationship between management innovation and actual work, enhancing the innovative ability development of the talents and improving the performance appraisal system on management innovation will no doubt help to promote synergic development between management innovation and technology innovation.
