Abstract
As the important part of ancient aesthetic art system,ancient Chinese footwear both from the practical value and the artistic value can reflect China's traditional culture and aesthetic.In this paper,the ancient footwear art has been explored from the four aspects including the ideas of aesthetic,the taste of aesthetic,aesthetic paradigm and aesthetic power mechanisms which related to the ancient culture of aesthetic,and it owns an important value in promoting the study of ancient Chinese and education of footwear art.
