Abstract
Based on the scalar diffraction theory, the distribution of diffraction field of one-dimensional periodic grating is analyzed under different illuminating conditions.Theoretically,The distribution of the Fresnel diffraction field is obtained under plane and spherical wave illuminating conditions and the corresponding experimental results are acquired.According to research results,a method to measure the grating constant is presented aad compared with spectrometer method. The research showed that the method is feasible.
