Abstract
The neutral earthing system in 10 kV distribution network has been gradually changed from neutral non-earthing or earthing via arc suppression coil to low resistance earthing system in some areas.The questions that should be concerned in 10 kV substation design of different earthing systems,especially in neutral low resistance earthing system,were illustrated.
