Abstract
Mixed connective tissue disease is not a rare disease,which has mixed clinical features of systemic lupus erythematosus,systemic sclerosis,polymyositis / dermatomyositis and rheumatoid arthritis with high titer of U1RNP antibody in blood serum.In this paper,the pathogenesis,clinical manifestation,diagnosis and treatment of mixed connective tissue disease are reviewed.
