Abstract

Studied the enzymatic-hydrolysis conditions of rice straw by dilute acid pretreatment, in order to obtain the reducing sugar to produce fuel ethanol. The pretreatment conditions were: the rice straw by 1% (w/w) of sulfuric acid infiltration, liquid-solid ratio (v/w) of 5∶1,the treatment temperature was 121 ℃ for residence time of 60 min. After the pretreatment, the rate of initial hy- drolysis reducing sugar was 0.187 g/g straw. Then under the conditions of 45 ℃, pH 4.8, 120 r/min, 48h,add the optimal amount of enzyme to hydrolysis saccharification. Then the reducing sugar produced by hydrolysis of straw attained to the maximum concentration of 84.22 g/L, the hydrolysis rate was 41.19% of raw materials. The optimal amount of enzyme to add as follows: the amount of xylanase is 217 IU/g straw, cellulose 5.13 FPU/g straw, pectinase 25 μ/g straw, β-glucanase 500 μ/g straw, amylase 150 μ/g of straw. In the process of enzymatic hydrolysis saccharification, respectively added 0.000 1 g MgSO4/g straw, 0.005 g Tween80/g straw, could increased the activity of cellulase.
