On the Essence and Sense of Life

This paper mainly discusses the essence of life and touches the sense of life.It believes that two aspects(life and death) about men should be related to think when we are exploring the essence of life.Therefore,although everybody's life elapses in the life's river characterized by one-dimension,it contains three-dimesion:blood relationship life characterized by physiology,social life characterized by relationship,and transcending life characterized by spirit,which is called the essence of life.Only when people really realize the three characteristics of life and arrange life from the three characteristics of life,could correct life sense be grasped,reasonable attitude towards life be possessed,pain be alleviated and happiness be gained.
