Countermeasures on Development of Yunnan Agricultural Sci-Tech.in 21~(st) century

Based on the analysis of the characteristics and development trend of world agricultural science technology in 21~(st) century,as well as the development strategy selection of agricultural science technology in China,some thinking are put forward as open up agricultural scientific research fields and set up a new and characteristics system of agricultural scientific creation around quality,high-yield,effective,organic and safety in accordance with the characteristics as mountainous,border and opening of Yunnan agriculture.In view of the need of agriculture development strategy in new times in Yunnan,some countermeasures including biological technology,information techniques and kernel techniques for healthy agricultural products manufacturing were given priority,and the series of key techniques should be assembled,tested and demonstrated,the basic research and some advanced techniques should be strengthened.
