Research on the Comparison and Development of Chinese and Western Painting Art

Taking the combination of poem and painting,form and mind as the highest level,traditional Chinese painting overemphasized the subjective factors to create a kind of harmonious beauty.However,the ancient Western painting paied more attention to the colour to pursue the real aesthetic feeling.The romantic artistic ideological trends,impressionist painting,and Western modern painting have risen since the western society stepped into the modern times.Taking a wide view of the development process of Chinese and Western painting art,we can find that both the expression of object target and the pursuit of internal aesthetic image embody the humans idea of expressing self-requirements and pursuing harmony.
