Abstract
Objective To explore the effective measures in the response of epidemic of influenza A-H1N1 in the fever clinic. Methods The measurese included abiding by the principles of early detection, early report, early isolation and early treatment, strictly implementing the reception work flow, standard prevention and final disinfection.Result Three cases were dignosed as influenza A-H1N1 without cross-infected case induced by improper precaution. Conclusion Scientific Drecaution and strict management are the key points to effectively cope with the epidemic of influenza A-H1N1.
