A Study on the Localization of Participatory Management

The model of participatory management has already been successfully conducted in Xincheng Guangxi,and its achievement is about to be introduced in and out of Guangxi.This article makes a study on the method and process of implementing this kind of management as well as on how to make it localized.According to this article,participatory management still faces some challenges though it is worth popularizing.The author believes it is of necessity to pay attention to the innovation of thinking,which plays important role in the forming of management model and management system.
