Abstract
Objective To observe the serum uvic acid levels in patients with multiple sclerosis and study the correlation of them. Methods Collect the blood sample 2 ml on an empty stomach, then a quantitative enzymaic assay acccordine to the manufactur's protocol was adopted to detect serum levels in 35 patients with MS and 35 normal. Results The serum levels is patients with MS was significantly lower in comparison with normal's(P0.05),and the serum levels of female MS patients was significantly lower than that of male MS patients(P0.05),the serum levels of MS patients did not change obviously with age(P0.05).Conclusion The serum levelin MS patients is low and it is related to the sex,and it have nothing to do with age.The lower serum lelvels is the independent dangerous factor.
