Abstract

Book purchasing through public bidding,which has been carried out in university libraries for years,has been paid much attention to,and has obtained both social and economic effectiveness.This article talks about the importance of bidding for book purchasing of university library,and analyzes the problems during the bidding process.According to the practical operation,it also puts forwards some specific measures on how to improve the quality of library bidding.
