Abstract
In this study, we analyzed the concentrations of heavy metals of Carassius auratus and water from Datun Lake, Yunnan province. By using the microwave digestion method, though the TAS-990 atomic absorption spectrophotometer, zinc, copper, two kinds of heavy metal contents of tissues of Carassius auratus were detected. The results showed that the heavy metals concentrations of Caras sius auratus were: zinc(10.9±3.4)mg/kg, copper(3.51 ± 0.25)mg/kg, respectively. Heavy metal concentrations of water from Datun Lake were: zinc(13.4 ± 2.28)mg/kg, copper(9.8 ± 0.72)mg/kg respectively.
