Abstract

Methyl orange as example, the effects of UV-Fenton on decolorization of dye wastewater were studied. The effected factors of initial concentration,H2O2,Fe2 +,pH,etc,in the decolorizing processes were investigated. The results showed that when initial concentration was 20 mg /L,the pH was 3.00,the dosage of H2O2 was 20 mg /L,and the dosage of Fe2 +was 40 mg /L.The decolorization ratio of methyl orange was over 90%.
