Abstract
The 17th Report pointed out: The first prerequisite of the scientific concept of development is to develop;The core of it is people-orientation;The basic requirements is comprehensiveness,coordination and sustainability;The fundamental approach is holistic approach.It is of great theoretical and practical significancet to understand the essence and meaning of the scientific development concept,which can improve the quality of our political theory and comprehensively implement the scientific concept of development.
