A Correlation Analysis of Tourism and National Economy Based on Gray Theory

Abstract
Tourism industry has already become an important part of national economy,and played a positive role in the development of national economy.Applying gray theory,this paper analyzes the correlation between the tourism industry of Anhui Province and the tertiary industry,finding out that the tourism industry has a closer correlation with the tertiary industry and the second industry than with the first industry and so coordinates to a certain degree the development of national economy.The paper also analyzes the effect of tourism industry on provincial economy,with the result that the GDP of Anhui Province increasingly depends on tourism industry and that tourism industry has been making a relatively great contribution to the economy of the province.
