Abstract

This research has studied the progress of growth of anther of CMS 212A in Brassica napus L. by examining the section of organic tissues in paraffin wax. The result showed that the growth of anther of CMS 212A is inhibited at the stage of chear sporial cell. The main characteristic is that the anther is formed of wall tissue and vascalar bundle. It does not differetiate the sporogenous cell and the pollen sac. The CMS 212A belongs to non-sporange CMS lines.
