Analysis of townsmen association at colleges and universities

Abstract

The existence of townsmen association is reasonable. It has double influence on the work at colleges and universities and direct influence on student work. Townsmen association can help teaching and managerial work at colleges and universities as long as the departments concerned understand its characteristics by analyzing the reasons for its appearance and by putting forward guiding principles and measures.
