Abstract
The influence of dispersant dosage on CWS rheological properties was studied by using 4naphthalene series dispersants and lignite, choosing the optimal dispersant dose to make CWS and determine the slurry concentration of given viscosity. The results show that the dosage of the dispersant has a significant effect on the rheological properties of CWS, and too much or too little can increase the apparent viscosity. The optimal dosage has obvious difference according to the structure properties of different dispersants. 4 naphthalene series dispersants has good matching with lignite, and the concentration of given viscosity can be significantly improved by improving the structure of dispersants,so as to promote the utilization of lignite CWS.
