Abstract
Objective:To study the method of classⅡ divisionⅠ malocclusion treated with twin-block appliance.Methods:25 patients aged 10~12 years old were treated with twin-block appliance for 9~12 months cephalograms were taken before and after treatment.Results:The improvement of molar relationship was a result of mandible changes mainly.Conclusion:The classⅡcorrection with the twin-block appliance is achieved through normal growth besides mandibular skeletal and dentoalveolar changes.
