Abstract
Aim:To investigate the best mixing ways of 4 fungi polysaccharides induding coriolus versciclor,phellinus linteus,shiitake mushrooms and birth velvet.Methods:Using ortho-oxybenzoic acid way to determine the clearance rate of · OH,using L16(45) orthogonal experiment to study mixing methods.Results and Conclusion:Polysaccharide fungi identified four groups,the best ratio was 4.66 g/L phellinus linteus coarse polysaccharides,4.22 g/L birch velvet coarse polysaccharides,8.09 g/L coriolus versciclor coarse polysaccharides,6.64 g/L shiitahe mushrooms coarse polysaccharide. And the · OH clearance rate of the combination of polysaccharide was 75.63%.
