Abstract
According to the increasing groundwater exploitation in Farm 853,this paper is an attempt to establish the hydrogeological conceptual model of this area, carry on the numerical simulation of groundwater flow by using the Visual MODFLOW,which is an international standard software, and predict the change situation of groundwater level and flow field in 2010 and 2015.Through model simulation, the amount of exploitable groundwater resources is 8 202.11×104 m3/a in the area. The mathematical model established in this paper has reflected the local practical hydrogeological conditions and can be used to predict and manage groundwater resources.
