On Ecological Connotations of Marxist View of Nature——A Reinterpretation from the Perspective of Ecological Marxism

Whether Marxist theory itself is intrinsically of ecological connotations has been the bone of contention of ecological Marxism for a long time.Reinterpreting Marxist view of nature from the perspective of ecological Marxism makes the key to probing into this issue and the center around which the ecological dimension of Marxism is to be constructed.The ecological dimension of Marxist view of nature consists of four aspects:(1) negation of one-sided anthropocentrism;(2) the duality of labor process and the ecological connotations of labor theory;(3) discussion about natural value and scarcity of natural resources;(4) theory about harmonious co-existence between man and nature.
