Evaluation on Development Levels of Forestry Circular Economy in Heilongjiang Province

This paper establish the evaluation index system of development levels of forestry circular economy,according to the3Rprinciple of forestry circular economy and the actual development situation of forestry circular economy in Heilongjiang.And using the method of principal component analysis,on the basis of the Heilongjiang province 2001 to 2011 index data,this paper comprehensively analyses the overall development tendency of forestry circular economy in Heilongjiang province,and from aspects of resource consumption,resources recycling,social and economic development,ecological environment,this paper reviews the level of forestry circular economy development in each stage in Heilongjiang province,analyze the reason of achievement and existing problems in each stage.
