Clinical Analysis of Recurrent Laryngeal Nerve Injury in Thyroid Operation

Abstract
Objective:In order to control the laryngeal recurrent nerve injury in thyroid surgery,specific analysis to reveal or not the effect of the laryngeal recurrent nerve in the operation.Methods:In recent years in our hospital were analyzed retrospective analysis clinical data of patients with thyroid surgery,according to the treatment of the patients with shines group and the group divides into two groups,compared two groups of postoperative patients with laryngeal recurrent nerve injury and analytical processing.Results:The results confirmed that exposed group appears in postoperative patients with laryngeal recurrent nerve injury(permanent injury,temporary damage) is significantly lower than the non exposed group(P0.05),to ensure the normal thyroid patients postoperative quality of life and satisfaction.Conclusions:Want to maximize avoid happen laryngeal recurrent nerve injury in thyroid surgery patients situation,completes the laryngeal recurrent nerve revealed in the process of operation and protection work is particularly important.
