Abstract
A motor drives system for hybrid electric vehicle(HEV) is presented.The control system has speed and torque dual closed loops,which can realize the big torque starting and constant power running.The whole electrical drive system including power source module,power inverter module,control module,drive module,system security detect module,CAN communication module etc.are mounted on the same hardware,just by designing the software can realize generator and electromotor function.In order to validate the design,a small-power BLDCM drive system is designed,which has selected the DSP of TMS320LF2407 as the core chip.The small-power BLDCM drive system contains all the functions required by the HEV.
