Abstract
The resources and performances of the secondary-level public general hospitals in one district in Shanghai were analyzed.To suggest that the stability of the health professionals in the hospitals should be enhanced and that the medical safety and medical expenses of the hospitals should be concerned with.And to indicate that the secondary-level public general hospitals are the important intermediate forces in the health care system in China.
