Abstract
[Objective] The study aimed to determine the effect of adding trace elements and vitamins on contents of polysaccharide and acid of ganoderma lucidum in liquid culture.[Method] The contents of polysaccharide and acid of G.lucidum in culture medium and mycelium were determined by adding ferrous sulfate, zinc sulfate,VB1 and composite VB with different concn.into G.lucidum culture solution, and cultivating Shenzhi and Taizhi with standing culture method of liquid shallow-layer.[Result] The G.lucidum polysaccharide content was the highest in culture solution adding 1.0 ‰ VB1,with 6.00 mg/mL in its culture medium, and 552.5 mg/g in mycelium, which were 5.45 and 2.58 times over that of blank control; The G.lucidum acid content was also the highest in culture solution adding 1.0 ‰ VB1 with 23.56 mg/g in its mycelium, and the G.lucidum acid contents of each treatment culture medium were all low.The contents of polysaccharide and acid of G.lucidum could also increase significantly by adding the zinc sulfate of 0.1‰-0.2‰ and the composite VB of 1.0 ‰.The G.lucidum acid content of different G.lucidum strain had a great difference and the G.lucidum acid content of Shenzhi was two times over that of Taizhi.[Conclusion] The contents of polysaccharide and acid of G.lucidum could be significantly increased by appropriately adding iron, zinc,VBI and composite VB.
