Talent Training Mode and Rethinking in Public Security Colleges and Universities

The connotation of talent training mode in public security colleges and universities is a set of professional talent training system through setting talent training objectives scientifically,constructing teaching contents and curriculum system,organizing teaching methods and ways on the basis of institutionalizing talent recruiting in public security colleges and universities.Nowadays,there are three kinds of talent training modes,that is,recruiting high school students,undergraduates for second degree,system reform students of politics and law system for second degree.After fully considering the particularities of the talent training modes,this article analyzes their advantages and disadvantage profoundly and then puts forward the direction of constructing talent training modes in public security colleges and universities under the guidance of scientific theory.
