Abstract
In the Carboniferous in Songliao basin peripheral earth's surface, outcrop scatters about and broken rocks are more complicated. The mutual stratigraphic horizon and correlation is established by comprehensive analysis of the living creature fossil, rock characteristic and stratigraphic contact relation. The Permian in Songliao basin periphery scatters widely and facies are more stable, but the thickness changes obviously. Lower Permian is alkalic neutral-acid volcano rock, its top is fragments-carbonate rock construction of sea and land mutual facies. Upper Permian is land facies fragments rock construction.
