Abstract
The scientific outlook on development takes development as the top priority of the Party in governing and rejuvenating the country,insists on putting people first as its core,comprehensive,balanced and sustainable development as its basic requirement,and overall consideration as its fundamental approach,instructs the economic society and person′s full scale development,thus provides the powerful guarantee to build a moderately prosperous society in all respects;The scientific outlook on development reflects the value idea of the supreme of development by the person natural disposition of the development purpose and the sustainable of the development method.Stresses on the comprehensive,balanced and sustainable harmonious development among the human,nature and society,fully demonstrates the significance and values of the scientific outlook on development.
