The design of PROFIBUS-DP intelligent slave station

Abstract

PROFIBUS bus is widely used in fields of process and manufacture,process control and building automation.At present,PROFIBUS-DP fieldbus used in domestic market is mainly the package unit of SIEMENS.The communication interface of independent research and development is relatively lacking.To address this issue,the hardware circuit and software of PROFIBUS-DP intelligent slave station interface are designed based on the research of system construction,protocol structure,data access and communication principal of slave station of PROFIBUS-DP fiedbus.PROFIBUS-DP protocol integrated circuit SPC3and 51series microcontroller are adopted to develop the intelligent slave station interface module provided with PROFIBUS-DP interface.The results of networking and communication test show that the designed slave station interface module can exactly receive and send data message.
