Abstract
Combined with management experience,the author discusses the condition of claims' occurrence and claim methods and techniques started from the meaning of claims,illustrates the calculation of claims,and points out that wining the tender with low price must be assisted by powerful contract management and man should timely grasp claim information and carry out claims using rational method and techniques,in order to gain double win in engineering quality and benefits.
