Abstract

The LW-ZDZXJ-1 DVD-box automatic production line under the control which based PLC is introduced in brief. The iron stacked manipulator is analyzed and optimized,then compared with the one before improved. Because of the improvement,the functional reliability of the production line is improved and the energy is saved.
