Abstract

In the performance of Kunqu opera,hierarchy of singing and dancing is firstly manifested in the compound between singing and fighting and secondly in the internal compound of singing and dancing.Kunqu opera contains singing,recitation,acting,theatrical fighting.The traditional Kunqu opera has neither prelude nor intermezzo in the singing to demonstrate its integrity.
