Brief analysis of the theory and practice of construction industrialization

Construction industrialization is to imitate the means of traditional manufacturing to produce buildings, which achieves changes in the way of building production. Construction industrialization is the inevitable trend of development of building production to improve labor productivity and resource utilization, to achieve energy saving and environmental protection. In the application process, we should handle the relationship between standardization and diversification, synchronously promote the development of decoration industrialization, and enhance the application of low- carbon technology. Two enterprises in China, Vanke Group and Broad Group, have made a meaningful exploration of practice on the road of construction industrialization.
