Abstract

The knitting printing and dyeing wastewater was distributed to light and heavy by water quality. The project was designed to treat light wastewater. The hydrolytic acidification - aerobic biochemical process - aerating biological filter - ceramicite filter - ceramic membrane filter was used to treat the light wastewater. The results showed that COD removal was more than 80%, color removal was more than 90%. Effluent could be reused to the dyeing process completely and the rate of qualified products was high.
