Abstract
Depending on virtual vibrational grinder technique,the characteristics of grinding medium in the tube are obtained,on the basis of the market demands of ultra-fine powder,physicochemical properties,crushing and grinding properties of materials and so on.Thus the correlationship among grinder dynamics,technological parameters and etc is determined,which defines dynamical parameters, structural parameters,and technological parameters of the grinder.The different ultra-fine powder products to meet the demands are obtained by automatically adjusting the grinder parameters.It is of great value to develop processing equipments by use of virtual prototype technique.
