Abstract
Both the quantity of the Chinese companies' overseas listing and the amount of their financing present a sustained and rapid upward trend.At present,the main problems that the Chinese enterprises' overseas listing encounters include:nonstandard information disclosure,lack of experience in choosing overseas capital markets,poor understanding of overseas financing cost and weak internal control.Based on the analysis,the paper proposes some corresponding strategies for Chinese enterprises to enter international capital markets.
