Abstract
Objective To study the effect of CO 2-pneumoperitoneum on hemodynamics during pediatric laparoscopic surgery and postoperative recorery. Methods Forty ASAⅠ~Ⅱpediatric patients were divided into 2 groups randomly.Group 1 underwent laparoscopic surgery, and group 2 underwent non-laparoscopic surgery. The situations about hemodynamics during the operation and postoperative recovery of the 2 groups were observed. Results Compared with group 2, the HR,CO,CI,SVa,LVET of group 1 increased obviously after pneumoperitoneum, and the time of postoperative recovery prolonged. Conclusion CO 2-pneumoperitoneum may disturb pediatric hemodynamics seriously and prolong the time of postoperative recovery.
