Abstract

Through introduction of the present management situations of construction project in our country questions existed in construction project management in our country are pointed out,at the same time combined with several years' experience in construction management,from schedule control,quality management,institution organization and management,cost management and other aspects measures to strengthen the management of construction project are discussed in order to provide references for similar works.
