Abstract

By analyzing the elements of hydraulic and calculating the maximum of flow and velocity using computer,we can draw the conclusion:when the cross section of pipe is on the hydraulic optimality, the maximum flow of unpressure pipe is 7.6% than that of the pipe which is full of water. As the average cross velocity comes to the maximum value the velocith unpressure pipe is appropriate 14% than full of water velocity.
