Design of the Evaluation Index System on Circular Economy

Based on the international evaluation index system of social development,this article puts forward the evaluation index system of urban circular economy.It points out that the evaluation index system of circular economy is the basis of the achievement assessment for government officials.The evaluation index system of circular economy contains 24 indexes with the basis of the industry system,the city infrastructure system,the environment system and the social consumption system and is comprised by the index of economy development,the index of green development and the index of human development.
