Arrangement of Property Rights and Sustainable Land Use

Abstract
Property rights play an important role in sustainable land use. From farm household level, clearity and security of property rights can encourage land users to maintain land production capacity in long term with maximization of production profit of land use. From macro level, the arrangement of land property right structure determines macro allocation efficiency of land resources in term of sustainable development.
