Abstract
The correlations of correlation traits and yield of single alfalfa plant of thirtyone excellent alfalfa varieties were studies. The correlation coefficients were calculated. The results showed that there was significant positive correlation. The correlation traits were used as independent variables and yield of single plant was used a dependent variables for Path Analysis. The results showed stem diameter and the number of shoots per stem have direct positive effect and indirect positive effect on yield of single alfalfa plant, their partial correlation coefficient were significant correlation. They have large decision coefficient and become a principal decision variable, number of internodes of per stem have minor decision coefficient and become a principal restricted variable.
