Abstract

It has been recognized that the urban rail transit system can improve the traffic situation of a city as well as boost the development of other industries along the rail line. This paper analyzes the benefit relationships between URT and other industries, out of which the real estate is the main one. The joint development of URT together with real estate is also discussed.
