Abstract

Through a comparative analysis on Value Discrepancy and Consensus of Religious Belief and Legal Belief,this article intends to show legal belief's attachment on religious belief,agreement on sense and belief,and religious law and conventional law,reflective universality on religious belief and legal belief.Accordingly,the writer believes that Chinese legal belief should be undertaken in terms of constitutional belief,legal elite belief,citizen's awareness and ethic and moral belief.
